Our focus is on finding a suitable tenant that has the financial ability to pay the rent on time and fits the overall tenant profile. Our team has gained valuable experience over the past 10 years. The objective of the team is to manage the property portfolio's vacancies to a minimum, without compromising the yield of return of the property. The team manages all lease contracts and our focus is to place economically viable tenants. We have built good relationships with other leasing agents over a number of years. If we cannot find a suitable tenant or premises ourselves, we share the information with these outstanding agents. |
