Versus Property Services an all round service provider to the commercial property owner. As a subsidiary of the property group Propergation Estates, Versus Property Services provides an extensive service to the group. These services extend to properties and buildings in the Tygervalley area on a contractual basis.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance and upkeep of the groups' properties forms the major part of Versus Property Services services. With skilled tradesman and technicians and six vehicles to run between the properties that Versus Property Services serves, a short turn-around time on a call-out is possible.

With own workshops it is possible to perform most maintenance related tasks in-house. More specialized tasks are still contracted out. With an efficient knowledgeable and experienced labour force, Versus Property Services also does internal installations to tenants' requirements.

GARDEN SERVICE

A building surrounded by neatly maintained gardens creates a welcoming atmosphere. Under the supervision of a qualified horticulturist, Versus Property Services has a garden services team creating and maintaining gardens. Gardens are created to suit and compliment the properties. As part of ground maintenance, lawn mowing, weeding, control of shrubbery and replacement and seasonal planting forms an on-going process.

SECURITY

To ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors, Versus Property Services employs qualified security officers. The security staff is trained in access control, CCTV monitoring and general guarding duties. Security officers are on patrol at retail and office building sites on a 24-hour basis. Through industry affiliations, additional security services such as armed response, alarm monitoring, armed escorts and guarding can be provided.

CLEANING

Cleaning plays a key role in the property management services. To maintain a clean environment is essential and affects the market value of the property in the long run. Versus Property Services provides a cleaning service to ensure optimum cleanliness in and around the properties that it serves. These services include cleaning of general areas in buildings such as foyers, lifts, staircases, ablutions, windows, walls and paintwork. These services also extend to the outside of the properties like refuse removal, walkways, private roads, parking areas and general site clearance.
